HJA are extremely delighted to offer this exceptional R34 GT-R just in from Japan. Running a Nismo S1 Omori Factory built engine and fully documented history from new. Nismo built cars are seen as the “crème de la crème” in the GT-R world and are a rare commodity to find, we know of only a few for sale worldwide.

What’s special about this R34 is that it has the Nismo S1 Engine and also matching Nismo Chassis plaque. This means the work has been fully carried out by Nismo Omori factory and not just had a used Nismo engine installed by a third party as you see from time to time.

What we love about Nismo built engines are they retain many factory parts with fine adjustments and additions that greatly improve performance without sacrificing driveability. While Nismo won’t disclose any actual figures, it’s safe to say that with the modern additions the S1 produces circa 400ps.

Exterior & Interior:
First impressions the bodywork is in excellent condition it really has been cherished by its owner in Japan. All the body parts are Genuine Nismo items, for those in know will understand just how much just the Nismo parts will add up to.

Interior is in brilliant condition, completely stock apart the stereo. It retains the factory steering wheel and gaiters not to mention the factory fresh Nissan mats. The seats are in fantastic condition and are firm and supportive; all the plastic trims are also in great condition throughout the car and the kick panels still have the factory protective wrap on them!

It’s not just clean on top; underneath is clean also rust free and the chassis rails have not been dented by incorrect jacking as seen with so many. Just check out the detailed pics, pretty hard to believe the production year of this car as the condition puts newer cars to shame.

Test Drive
As you would expect from a GTR of this standard it drives beautifully, oil pressure is healthy 6 bar cold start and 2.5bar hot idle and runs silky smooth. Engine running temperatures are always perfect and the engine runs like a dream with no over fuel when on boost.

The iconic RB26 engine pulls very hard throughout the rev range without any hesitation. You can really feel the response and extra top end power from the Nismo built engine. It retains a completely stock feel at low speeds but packs a punch top end! The Nismo S1 is considerably quicker than a stock R34 GTR. Clutch and gearbox are very easy to use for road use, gearbox is smooth and fluent.

Handling is firm yet still comfortable, perfect for road use as this was the main goal to keep the car road friendly utilizing the Tein Monoflex coilovers.

With the rapidly increasing prices of the R34’s now is the best time to buy as prices are constantly on the increase. The huge worldwide demand for R34s have seen buying frenzy’s in Japan, to give you an example a low mileage R34 GTR V-spec II Nur just recently sold for over £200,000 before any shipping or Taxes! Another example would be an R34 GT-R Z-Tune has recently been put up for £420,000 which really goes to show how highly collectable the R34 GTR model has become.

With the way the prices are going we believe this would be a highly lucrative investment if you were to hang onto the car for a few years when they will be legal in the U.S. To give you an idea some R34s have increased in value up to 40% in the space of only 18months.

The R34 GT-R is now extremely sought after worldwide, and is considered the next big thing in the burgeoning classic and performance car market. Sourcing examples like this is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Overall if you are after a truly cherished example to enjoy yourself, to be part of a collection or as an investment look no further.
